Classic bike out of production for decades? Custom build needing a one-off? Engine covers, brackets, spacers and bushings machined from your original or your sketch. MOQ 1, no drawing needed.
Classic motorcycle ownership runs on a dwindling pool of new-old-stock and used parts. Sooner or later the part you need isn't in any swap meet, any online listing, any specialist's shelf. The bike — otherwise complete — waits on a single piece of machined metal. Vintage and specialist bicycles hit the same wall — see bicycle replacement parts.
That part can be made. Send the original, even cracked or worn, and we reproduce it. For missing parts, period photos and the mating components are often enough — see RE without a drawing.
Side covers, points covers, inspection caps — billet 6061 from your cracked original.
Engine mounts, battery trays, fender stays in steel or aluminium.
Machined to your axle and swingarm dimensions.
OEM-pattern replacements or custom rearset brackets.
Fork caps, preload spacers, lower clamps (non-structural items).
Swingarm bushings, lever pivots in bronze or PU.
Manifold adapters, velocity stacks, cable guides.
BSF/BSW/BA and JIS specials. See custom fasteners.
Billet replacements for cracked castings. Original covers and brackets were often die-cast — porous and brittle with age. A CNC-machined billet 6061 replacement keeps the original geometry but is consistently stronger. Polished, brushed or as-machined to match the bike's finish.
Not every part we make replaces an original. Custom and café builds need parts that never existed: a rearset bracket for a different footpeg position, a sprocket spacer for a wheel swap, a top clamp drilled for modern instruments. A dimensioned hand sketch is enough — we handle the engineering drawing. See sketch to part.
Representative motorcycle replacement and custom work — classic bikes, vintage racers and custom builds:
The value here is narrow and real — one part, for a bike nobody supports anymore, machined from whatever you have left: a cracked casting, a worn original, or a sketch on a worksheet. Bikes stay on the road because someone refuses to scrap them long after the factory moved on. Here is who they are.
A cracked cover still holds everything we need — gasket face, bolt pattern, internal clearances. We machine a fresh one from billet 6061, usually stronger than the original casting, polished or left raw to taste. Send the broken piece; no part number, no factory, no drawing required.
A dimensioned sketch is enough to start. Rearset brackets, triple-clamp spacers, axle blocks, velocity stacks — cut from your measurements, CAD confirmed with you first. There's no minimum, so a single bracket for one build is a perfectly normal order.
We sit behind your bench. Send the part, or photos with one known dimension; we reproduce covers, mounts, bushings and pivots to fit, keep the CAD for the next customer with the same bike, and quote within the day so you can give a straight answer at the counter.
One is fine, that's our floor. A worn used part still makes a usable pattern — we recover the original geometry instead of copying the wear, and machine it in steel or aluminium to suit. You're dealing with the shop that cuts it, not a reseller marking up someone else's stock.
Yes. Classic and vintage motorcycles are a core use case. Send the original part — worn, cracked or broken — or clear photos with a reference dimension. We measure, rebuild the CAD free, and machine a replacement. No part number or factory support needed.
Often yes. A cracked cover still carries the geometry we need — gasket face, bolt pattern, internal clearances. We machine a replacement from billet 6061 aluminium, which is typically stronger than the original casting. Polished or as-machined finish available.
Yes. Custom triple clamps, rearset brackets, sprocket spacers, axle blocks and one-off fittings from your sketch or measurements. A dimensioned hand drawing is enough to start.
Brake hydraulic components (master cylinders, caliper internals) and structural items that require certification in your jurisdiction. Frame brackets, covers, spacers, bushings, and engine ancillary components are all within scope.
Either. A lot of bike parts are handed — a left and right cover, or mirrored rearset brackets — and we can machine the mirror image from the one good side you send. Tell us you need a matching pair and we mirror the CAD; you don't have to track down both originals.
Send clear photos from several angles with one known dimension — a caliper across a boss, or the bolt spacing — and we can usually quote within 24 hours. Worn or cracked is fine; we reconstruct the part as it was designed, not as it ended up. If we need the physical piece to be certain, we'll tell you before you post it.
