EKINSUN was founded in Guangdong, China over a decade ago as a precision turning shop serving local manufacturers. Over the years, we expanded our capabilities, added milling and grinding operations, and began serving international clients directly.
Our growth into the European and North American markets came not from marketing, but from referrals — clients who trusted us with one part and came back with ten more. We have built long-term relationships with clients in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, and across Europe by doing one thing consistently: delivering what we promise.
One thing that sets us apart is our willingness to work with clients who don't have professional CAD drawings. A significant part of our business comes from inventors, repair shops, and small manufacturers who have an idea or an existing part they need replicated — and no way to create a digital file. We built a process around this, and it has become one of our most valued services.
EKINSUN.com — this site — is our main platform for custom parts, replacement parts and reverse engineering, where a photo, hand sketch or physical sample is all you need to start. Material Sourcing & Certificates
We help you choose the right material for feel, safety and durability — metals like 6061 aluminum and 304 stainless steel (316 for higher corrosion resistance), engineering plastics, and soft, skin-safe silicone — including liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding in industrial, food-contact and medical grades. Material certificates, and biocompatibility documentation (e.g. USP Class VI / ISO 10993) for skin-contact or medical uses, are available on request.

Where a mold or tooling is needed, we design it to your exact geometry and have it built within our network, then produce a first sample so you can check fit, color, finish and branding in the real material.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the process. For machined parts, our MOQ is a single piece. For molded or tooled products, we keep minimums as low as possible and can run a small first batch so you can launch and test demand before scaling. Tell us your target quantity and we'll advise the most economical run.
Do you offer custom mold and tooling development?
Yes. We design custom molds and tooling to your exact geometry — not modified stock shapes — and have them built within our manufacturing network. Once the tool is validated through sample approval, it stays on file for fast, consistent repeat orders.
What certifications do your materials and manufacturing partners have?
Production is arranged with ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing partners, and medical-device parts with an ISO 13485:2016 certified molding partner. We supply material certificates (mill test reports / material data sheets) with orders, and can provide biocompatibility documentation such as USP Class VI or ISO 10993 for skin-contact and medical applications, where the chosen material supports it. Depending on your product and target market, we can also arrange CE, FDA, RoHS, REACH and LFGB compliant production and provide the supporting documentation — tell us the requirement and we'll confirm what our qualified manufacturing partners can meet.
Can you help with packaging design and production?
Yes. We can design and produce your packaging alongside the product — gift boxes, storage cases, pouches and printed inserts — so it arrives retail-ready under your brand. Share your references or brand guidelines and we'll prepare options with the quote.
What is the estimated production timeline?
A typical project runs: quote within 24 hours → design confirmation → tooling / sample (where required) → your sample approval → production.
