Send the matching part from the other side, a worn original, or photos with one known dimension. We rebuild the geometry and machine it in steel or aluminium; where a part is handed we mirror it off the good side. One piece, no tooling fee — the way restoration work actually turns up.
Then we make them once and keep them. Reproduce the hub carrier, the bracket, the trim mechanism from a sample; we hold the CAD, so the next car you book in is a reorder, not a fresh reverse-engineering job. Small batches drop the per-piece price for your shelf stock.
One is exactly our minimum. A cracked or worn original still makes a usable pattern — we recover the part as designed, not as it broke, in metal or cast polyurethane as the part demands. You deal with the shop that machines it, not a reseller sitting on the last worn one.
